For the first time the simulation of biological properties etifoxine (Stresam active principle of the drug). For this may molecule obtained reliable estimates of more than 2500 biological activities and a comparison with the control preparation – lorazepam (benzodiazepine). Hemoreaktomic simulation results suggest significant differences etifoxine between pharmacological effects and investigated benzodiazepine in: 1) receptor binding selectivity of various neurotransmitters; 2) anti-inflammatory effect; 3) action on hemodynamics and the condition of the vessel walls; 4) the presence of side effects; 5) pharmacokinetic parameters. The results correspond to the available experimental and clinical data, and point to promising eg etifoxine board of therapeutic applications.
Key words: hemoreaktomic analysis, bioinformatics, etifoxine.

Sulpiride is an atypical antipsychotic with distinctive pharmacological properties, among which are 5-HT4 partial agonism, GHB partial agonism, D2/D3 dopaminergic antagonism with preferential presynaptic D2/D3 blockade at low doses and preferential extrastriatal postsynaptic D2 blockade at high doses. These unique properties make sulpiride at low doses an effective antidepressant, anxiolytic and antipanic medication, while at high doses it behaves like an atypical antipsychotic with low overall side effect burden (no anticholinergic, no adrenergic, no histaminergic side effects) and low propensity to cause EPS. Here we review the relevant literature on its efficacy in different anxiety disorders.
Key words: sulpiride, anxiety disorders, specific phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, psychosomatic disorders, migraine, pain disorders.
