1. Качество психогенного фактора: в анамнезе отмечается воздействие объективного (событие, угрожающее жизни или здоровью пациента, способное превысить адаптивные ресурсы любого индивидуума независимо от типа личности) или субъективного (воздействие затрагивает значимые для данного пациента аспекты его жизни и развивается по механизму "ключевого переживания": работа, учеба, взаимоотношения в семье или с друзьями, здоровье пациента и/или его родственников и т.д.) стрессорного фактора. 2. Временные взаимоотношения между стрессогенным воздействием и обострением заболевания: обострение наблюдается не позднее чем через 1 мес после прекращения воздействия стрессорного фактора.
1) психическая патология, реализующаяся в соматической сфере при отсутствии аргументированной медицинским обследованием соматической патологии; 2) сочетанные психопатологически-соматические расстройства; 3) психопатологические расстройства, обусловленные/провоцированные соматическим заболеванием; 4) соматические расстройства, психогенно провоцированные (психосоматические заболевания).
