NEW LOOK AT ANGIOSOME THEORY FROM MICROCIRCULATION VIEWPOINT

Yu. V. Novikov, A. A. Fomin, D. R. Pershakov Yaroslavl State Medical Academy, Health Ministry of Russian Federation, Yaroslavl, Russia

By means of laser Doppler imaging skin microcirculation in 46 relatively healthy people was examined according angiosomes theory. As the result we set normal parameters of human skin microcirculation. Obtained results allow to use the most well-vascularized skin fl aps for plastic surgery.

Key words: angiosome theory — skin microcirculation — laser Doppler imaging.
