• лица обоего пола в возрасте от 18 лет и старше, госпитализированные в кардиологическое отделение по поводу ИБС; • диагноз депрессивного расстройства по МКБ-10 (депрессивный эпизод, рекуррентный депрессивный эпизод, биполярное аффективное расстройство депрессивного типа, расстройство адаптации, депрессивная реакция), верифицированный психиатром; • выраженность депрессивного расстройства не менее 3 баллов по шкале CGI-S; • стандартные показания к назначению антидепрессанта или смене препарата при отсутствии/недостаточности эффективности или плохой переносимости; • информированное согласие пациента на участие в исследовании.
